This conversion kit is for the ARCTIC CAT M7 toy snowmobile. It will bring you an incredible amount of performance, while being incredibly tough. It will allow you to do things the stock toy was never able to do.

Everything was designed to be very easy to print with a FDM 3d printer and assembled at home.  It was optimized to use as little material as possible, both on the parts and for the support structures. This reduces price, weight and increase deep snow performance!

The parts were designed to be printed on at least a 190x190 mm print bed (except maybe the skis).  The files included are :

• Skid, skid arms and track tensionner

• Transmission, gears, and gearbox mounts.

• Track (34 pieces)

• Wide skis (lightweight version)

• Alpha-6 skis (inspired by the C&A pro skis)

• Wheels, idlers and drivers

• Servo mount, steering linkage and tie rods

• Spindles (flex or rigid) and spindle horns

• Etc.

You still need the 1/8 toy made by Interactive Toy Concepts to start the conversion.  (Often available on eBay) 

Parts needed to complete the machine : 

Please keep all of the OEM screws, we reuse a lot of them

• 1.6mm wire galvanized or stainless (16 gauge fence wire works great)

• Two 6x13x5 bearings

• One 12x18x4 bearing

• Two 3x7x3 bearing

• M3 shaft 65mm long (Brass or stainless preferred)

• M6 shaft 25mm long (stainless preferred)

• Two 1/8 collars (Du-bro #139)

*can be replaced by two M3 Nylon nuts if you use a m3 die to thread the ends of the 90mm shaft

• Traxxas spur gear 54t or 56t or 58t (Traxxas #3956 or #3957 or #3958)

• Pinion gear 13-20t Mod 0.8 (or 32 pitch) (Example : Traxxas #5642)

*make sure this fits your motor pinion (1/8 shaft or 5mm)

• Zip ties (4'' long, 18Lbs)

• Shock 60mm front skid (optional)

• Shock 75mm rear skid

• A set of stainless M3 bolt and hardware

Electronics needed :

• 20Kg metal gear servo waterproof (with included aluminium servo horn!)

• Motor brushless 540 (2500 to 3900Kv)

• Esc brushless 85A or higher (3s capable recommended)

• 2.4gHz transmitter and receiver combo

• Li-Po 3s 2200 mAh battery

• Li-Po balancing charger

• Cooling fan for 540 motor (recommended)
